  1. EKBACKUP 3.0 is a MS Windows front-end for PkZip, ARJ and
  2. LHA. It can also be used as a complete backup program.

  4. EkBackup has the following features:
  5.     -backup whole directories, single files, or files spread around the disk
  6.     -the archive can be updated, so that only changed or new files are compressed
  7.     -restoring whole or parts of an archive
  8.     -the archive can easily be edited
  9.     -ZIPdoctor, fixes damaged ZIP files
  10.     -view compressed files within an archive, using different viewers for different file-types
  11.     -convert ZIP files into self extracting EXE files, and vice versa
  12.     -a file manager
  13.     -add ZIP-comment, shown every time a ZIP file is accessed
  14.     -system information with a Pentium bug check
  15.     -run simple executable files within ZIP-files
  16.     -restores ZIP, ARJ and LHA files
  17.     -a simple file finder
  18.     -ANSI text editor
